Flexible 24 Hour Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hoursof the arrival date will be subject to a penalty of 100%of the total reservation amount.

Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

The 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

The 5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled upon check-in.

Payment Information

• In case of no show or cancellation in accordance with policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, depending on the case.
• Upon check-in, guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card.  credit card used for full payment or as a guarantee for your reservation.
• By making your reservation, you agree that any transaction fees and any associated service fees are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these fees will not be refunded as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
